摘要
目的建立兔和裸小鼠前房内视网膜母细胞瘤（Rb）移植瘤模型，对比两组之间的成功率。方法将Y79细胞制成细胞悬液，A组注入10只兔（10眼）的前房，每眼注0．1ml；B组注入10只裸小鼠（10眼）的前房，每眼注0．41M。结果A组有2眼形成了移植瘤，B组均形成了移植瘤，移植瘤对NSE呈阳性反应，对GFAP呈阴性反应。结论裸小鼠比兔更适合作为Rb细胞前房移植瘤的动物模型。
Objective To establish the animal models of retinoblastoma （Rb）in rabbit and nude mouse, and compare the achievement ratio of two groups.Methods 0. 1ml of Rb cell suspension were injected into chambers of 10 rabbits （10 eyes）;0.4μ1 of Rb cell suspension were injected into chambers of 10 nude mice （10 eyes）. Result In the group of rabbit,transplanted tumors were established in 2 eyes;and in the group of nude mouse,transplanted tumors were found in every experimental eyes.The transplanted tumors showed positive reaction to NSE,and negative reaction to GFAP.Cnnelusion Nude mouse is more suitable than rabbit for making Rb animal model.
