追加注射生理盐水对提高多层螺旋CT尿路造影显影率的评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨在多层螺旋CT尿路造影中注射造影剂后追加滴注生理盐水对提高显影率的价值。方法对36例行泌尿系统多层螺旋CT检查的病例,分别在注射造影剂后追加滴注和不追加生理盐水,对追加和不追加生理盐水的图像进行对照分析。结果生理盐水组和对照组的双侧的中段及下段输尿管平均分值生理盐水组明显高于对照组,有统计学意义。结论在注射造影剂后追加注射生理盐水能显著改善多层螺旋CT尿路造影中肾内集合系统和输尿管的显影,是提高多层螺旋CT尿路造影显影质量的有效方法。 Objective To assess the clinical values of intravenous saline hydration for effects of urinary collecting system with multi-detector row computed tomographic (CT) urography. Methods 42 patients underwent CT urography, during which half of the patients infuse 250 ml of normal saline before excretory phrase scanning, others not. The effects were compared between them. Results In lower snd distal ureter, the mean score of those after saline administration is significandy higher. Conclusion Infusion of normal saline reliably improve the effects of urinary collecting system.
