摘要
目的:探讨64层螺旋CT尿路造影在泌尿系统疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的62例行64层螺旋CT尿路造影检查的泌尿系统疾病患者,将患者CT检查结果与手术病理或膀胱镜检确诊结果进行比对,判断CT尿路造影检查的准确率。结果:64层螺旋CT尿路造影检查结果与确诊结果间具有正相关性,r=1;CT检查准确率为100%。结论:64层螺旋CT尿路造影可多角度观察病变局部情况,且扫描时间更短,图像分辨率更高。可应用于绝大多数的泌尿系统疾病患者当中,但儿童、肾功能不全者以及碘过敏者不宜采用。
Objective：To explore the application value of the diagnosis of 64-slice CT urography for urinary system diseases.Methods：Selected 62 patients with urinary system diseases admitted to our hospital accepting 64-slice CT urography examination,did comparison for the result of CT examination and surgical pathology or cystoscopy confirmed,judged the accuracy of CT urography examination.Results：The results of 64-slice CT urography examination and confirmed is with a positive correlation,r=1;The accuracy of CT examination was 100%.Conclusion：64-slice CT urography can observe the local lesion of multi-angle,and scan time is shorter,image resolution is higher.It can be applied to the vast majority of patients with urinary system diseases,but children,renal dysfunction and allergic to iodine should not be used.
