摘要
目前临床上治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)主要方法有药物调经和促排卵治疗、手术治疗和辅助生育技术等。其中药物治疗是首选和最为重要的治疗方法,手术治疗是在药物治疗无效或有其他需要手术处理的合并症存在时考虑。本文就PCOS的手术治疗适应证、手术方法做重点阐述。
The major measures for treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome consist of medicinal ways to regulate menstruation and promote ovulation, as well as surgical treatment aud assisted reproductive technology. Among them, drug treatment is regarded as the first ahemative and most important approach. Surgical intervention is not considered unless medicinal treatment is invalid or associates with complications that need surgical treatment. This paper focus on elucidating the surgical indications and methods of polycystic ovarian syndrome.
