摘要 对怀山药活性多糖提取条件进行优化,得出最佳提取条件,应用于怀山药多糖的提取。通过单因素实验和L9(34)正交实验,研究料液比、提取温度、提取次数以及提取时间对活性多糖得率和含量的影响,利用极差、方差分析得出影响怀山药活性多糖提取因素的主次关系为:料水比>提取次数>提取时间,对怀山药活性多糖提取影响显著的因素为:料水比,提取次数。怀山药活性多糖最佳的提取条件为:浸提时间在3h,浸提料液比为1∶10,浸提次数为3次。利用最佳的提取条件做重复实验,可使多糖平均得率达到17.18%. The optimization experiment of active polysaccharide extraction of Chinese yam was carried out and the optimal extraction condition was determined, and accordingly to be used in extracting of Chinese yam polysaccharide. The single factor experiment and the L9 (3^4) orthogonal experiment were done to examine the influence of ratio between material and water, extraction temperature, extraction degrees and extraction time on the yield and content of active polysaccharide, and the influenced sequence of these factors were the ratio between material and water 〉 extraction degree 〉 extraction time by analyzing the extreme difference and variance. The optimal extraction conditions of active polysaccharide of chinese yam were 3h extraction time, 1:10 the ratio between material and water and 3 extraction degrees. Doing extraction experiment repeatedly under the optimal conditions,the average polysaccharide cound reach 17.18%.
