在乳品工业中,我们经常要对乳、乳产品中的微生物含量进行检测,如原料乳杂菌总数、长寿产品的灭菌情况、发酵剂、发酵乳制品中的微生物数量等.传统的微生物检测方法经常存在如下几方面的缺陷.(1)操作繁琐、(2)测试周期较长.(3)检测结果在实际生产的质量控制中意义不大.因此。
All living cells cotain ATP as an energy-storing substrate. Cells maintain a relatively constant level of ATP when they are kept under specifc environmental condition. This, and the fact that deal cells rapidly lose their ATP through measurement of viable cells. The assay of ATP using the principles of firefly bioluminescence is extremely sensitive. This paper reviews recent progress in ATP bio-luminescence applications which can be used by the dairy industry.
