微量二茂铁衍生物对PMMA/PS复合光散射材料性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Drop Ferrocene Derivative on Properties of PMMA/PS Compound Light Scattering Material

摘要 讨论了α-羟基乙基二茂铁的加入对PMMA/PS复合光散射材料制备工艺、微观结构及光散射性能的影响。实验表明:α-羟基乙基二茂铁的加入,降低了MMA原位聚合的温度;材料的散射能力增强;红外谱图中PMMA的特征峰值相对于未加添加物的复合材料有不同程度的下降;扫描电镜分析表明是由于自组装材料内部散射体相分离形成了个畴。 The effects on preparation temperature, microstructure and optical properties of PMMA/PS compound light scattering material by α-hydroxylethyl ferrocene' s addition were discussed. The results indicated that temperature of MMA in-situ polymerization decreased because of addition of α-hydroxylethyl ferrocene. Scattering ability of the compound material increased. The typical peeks value of PMMA fell slightly as shown in IR graph. The microstructure showed that self-assembly and phase seperation occurred inner the material.
