静脉应用胺碘酮治疗老年房颤的疗效及安全性观察 被引量：1

摘要 选择26例老年心房颤动(AF)患者,先给予胺碘酮静注负荷量后,继以静滴维持。观察AF转复、血压、心室率的变化以及不良反应。结果26例患者中,19例(73.1%)转复为窦性心律,用药后心室率较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01)。用药前后血压变化不明显(P>0.05),出现长R-R间期、窦性心动过缓各2例,经停药或减量后恢复。认为静脉应用胺碘酮治疗老年AF效果良好,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。
