摘要
在石油钻井中,空气正循环钻进技术应用很广泛,然而大直径反循环钻进技术的应用却受到限制,大直径钻头在钻进过程中依然无法实现反循环。针对该技术难题,以450 mm钻头为例,作者将脉冲射流技术应用于钻头结构设计中,并提出新的钻头底部结构,运用数值模拟与实验研究相结合的分析手段,对该结构进行优化设计,通过实验验证了其合理性和可行性。
In the oil drilling engineering, air reverse circulation technology is applied widely. However, the reverse circulation drilling technology of big diameter bit is restricted because the reverse circulation can' t be accomplished in big diameter bit when drilling. For solving this technical problem, have developed a new structure of the bit bottom by applying the pulsed jet fluid technology in the bit structure design. Taking bit with diameter of 450mm as an example, the numerical simulation and experimental methods are used to optimize the structure. The rationality and feasibility of the new structure are testified with experiment.
