贯通式空气锤反循环连续取芯钻井技术在油气勘探工程中应用的可行性探讨 被引量:2

摘要 贯通式空气锤反循环连续取芯钻进技术在矿产勘察、水井钻凿等领域的复杂地层条件下的钻孔工程中,解决了系列技术难题;在油气勘探钻井中,空气锤的使用使硬地层的钻进效率提高5倍以上。为克服空气正循环钻井工艺的缺陷与不足,钻探界开始了空气反循环钻井技术的先行研究。本文通过实验研究,对贯通式空气锤反循环连续取芯钻井技术在油气勘探工程中应用可行性展开探讨,研究了潮湿、易糊钻地层,严重漏失及喀斯特溶洞地层,钻井卡堵,井内压力平衡等钻进难题及相应的解决措施。 Lots of problems in drilling work have been solved while the technology of reverse circulation continuous sampling (RCCS) with hollow air-driven DTH hammer is used in mineral exploration, water well drilling and some other complex fields. And in oil and gas exploration drilling, the application of the air-driven DTH hammer can raise working efficiency for 5 times more than before in drilling hard formations. In order to solve the problems and defects produced by normal circulation, drilling experts have already started to do researches on reverse circulation drilling technology. The authors discussed how to make hollow air-driven DTH hammer applied in oil and gas exploration drilling, such difficult problems as drilling watery and easy pasting on the aiguille strata, severe leaking and karst strata, drilling blocking and pressure in well.
