摘要
介绍一种数字液压缸的结构、工作原理以及采用这种数字液压缸对悬臂掘进机行程控制的方案。此方案特点是通过输出数字脉冲直接控制液压缸,控制系统由闭环控制变成开环控制,使控制系统大大简化,解决了普通液压缸行程控制带来的准确性不高、可靠性差、系统复杂的问题,从而实现对悬臂行程更好的控制。
A kind of numeral cylinder, the structure, working principle and a control project of the boom - type roadheader base on the numeric cylinder were introduced. The character is that numeral cylinder is controlled by the output digital pulse, the control system from closed - loop into the open - loop with greatly simplified. Solves these problems caused by running control with traditional cylinder, such as accuracy worse, reliability poor and system complicacy, thus achieve better on the cantilever control.
