摘要
泵送系统是小型混凝土泵车的关键核心部件,其结构不仅要求简单可靠而且能满足施工要求。泵送性能的高低决定着小型混凝土泵车的整机性能。针对一款新型小型混凝土泵车的泵送系统,利用自行设计的油缸行程测试装置对泵送油缸行程进行测试,并使用相关仪器设备对其泵送性能进行检测试验。试验及测试得到的泵送压力冲击、泵送行程、泵送振动及分配缓冲等数据,为该小型混凝土泵车泵送系统的后续改进优化提供依据。
Pumping system is the core component of a small concrete pumping truck.It requires the structure to be simply reliable under the construction needs.The pumping efficency determines the whole machine performance of a small concrete pump truck.The tests provide a basis for the subsequent improvement and optimization of the pumping system of the small concrete pump truck.The pumping efficency is tested by relevant instruments and equipment.It tests the pump cylinder stroke for the pumping system of a new type of small concrete pump truck.It establishes a self-designed cylinder stroke testing device.Data are obtained from the tests of pumping pressure impact,pumping stroke,pumping vibration and distribution buffer.
