摘要
针对供应链设施决策问题,包括设施的位置、能力以及供给和需求的分配,考虑不确定的市场需求和成本费用,建立了鲁棒优化模型,使用情景分析法对不确定性参数进行了描述。设计了一种基于二进制映射模式染色体编码的混合遗传算法来求解鲁棒优化模型。算例仿真表明,利用鲁棒优化模型进行供应链网络设计,系统误差减小,系统呈现出对不确定因素的不敏感性。
The problem of the supply chain establishment decision in uncertain environment was considered, which includes location, capacity and the distribution of supply and demand. A robust optimization model was proposed to deal with the uncertain market demands and uncertain cost that are denoted as a number of discrete scenarios with known probabilities. A mixed Integer Genetic Algorithm (MIGA) based on the binary map mode of chromosome encoding was presented to solve the robust optimization model. The result of a simulation example shows that the proposed model is insensitive to uncertain environment. At the same time, the capacity of supply chain to stand against market risk is enhanced only by a little cost.
