摘要
针对传统供应链中地点分布散,提前期长,灵活性差,无法及时了解各节点库存状态,造成顾客满意度下降,客户资源流失,性能不稳定等问题,提出了一种基于动态的多级供应链网络规划模型,采用了混合整数规划方法,将战略层与作业层相结合,得到成本最小、性能稳定的柔性供应链结构。应用Z变换和指数平滑预测方法进行仿真分析,比较了两种供应链网络规划的动态效果。
Due to the questions of dispersive location, long lead time and bad flexible, inventory state could not be known immediately. Multi-echelon dynamic supply chain model was proposed, and mix integer programming method was used. The strategic level with operational level was combined to obtain minimal cost and steady performance of flexible supply chain structure. Simulation effect of supply chain networks was analyzed by z transformation and exponential smoothing method.
