摘要
用DMPS法对焊态及焊后萤石焊条气溶胶粒子尺度谱的动态变化进行了实时观测,证实焊接气溶胶是不稳定的,尺度谱变化反映质量转移,凝聚输送是控制环节.引入等效凝聚系数及相对危险系数对描述焊接气溶胶凝聚特性、评定焊接材料及其施焊环境卫生指标具有重要意义.
Dynamic change of particulate size distribution of welding aerosols of fluorite electrode in as weld and post weld is observed on real time. It concludes that welding aerosols are unstable, the change of size distribution reflects quantity transfer, condensation conveying is the control link. It is significant to introduce effective condensation coefficient and relative danger coefficient into description of condensation characteristics of welding aerosols and evaluation of welding materials and hygiene target of the environment under welding condition.
