摘要 探讨用电迁移率检测技术测定焊接气溶胶粒子谱分布的DMPS法.实测结果表明,DMPS法具有检测过程容易自动控制,测试精度高,适用性强等特点.尤其适合于焊接气溶胶小于1μm的微小粒子及其随时间变化的动态测定.该方法弥补了传统方法在这方面的不足.这对揭示焊接气溶胶的粒子谱分布及其特性,探讨焊接气溶胶及其控制途径具有重要意义. Discussed is the DMPS method of determining the size distribution of welding aerosols by means of electronic mobility detecting technique. The result demonstrates that DMPS method is easy to be automatically controlled, with high precision and wide adaptability. The method is particularly suitable for the dynamic measurement of welding aerosols whose diameters are less than 1μm and for their change with time. It makes up for the insufficiency of traditional method. This is very helpful for revealing the particulate size distribution of welding aerosols, its specific properties, investigating welding aerosols and making choice of controling ways.
