摘要
讨论了港口装卸设备状态管理中技术支撑体系的构成与功能，分析了它在港口设备现代化管理中的作用与地位。结合大量生产实践，讨论并提出了适合港口生产设备管理现状的ＰＤＥ框架模式。
This paper discusses the structure and functions of the technology supporting system in the management of port loading-unloading equipment,and analyzes its role and status in the management. Based on a lot of practical experiences, the paper discusses and puts forward a frame model in conformity to the prevent management of the port production equipment.
