摘要
阐述了大轴承的结构、运动特点及典型故障类型,分析了各种故障的振动、油样和电参量特征,提出了基于振动分析、光铁谱技术及电机电流瞬态检测技术的大轴承故障综合诊断方法,并用该方法对多家企业的7种机型、12台设备进行了21次综合测试分析,取得了良好的效果。
This paper reports the special structure and moving and typical faults of large bearing,analyzes the characteristics of vibration and oil samples and electric parameter when these faults oc-cur,and approaches the method used for large bearing fault synthetic diagnosis.This method is based on the technique of vibration and sp-ectroanalysis and transient responses detecting in the electric power system. It has been applied to twenty-one synthetic diagnoses on tw-elve machines of seven types.It has proved quite effective.
