摘要 采用共沉淀法,控制pH在8~9之间,改变合成条件制得不同投料比的CuZrMgAl类水滑石.探讨组分配比、锆含量、合成条件对类水滑石结构的影响.通过XRD、DTA、BET、SEM对样品进行表征.XRD、比表面积测定研究结果表明:合成CuZrMgAl类水滑石的最佳晶化时间是10 h,晶化温度是70℃,镁铝物质的量的比为3~4,锆质量分数为5%~20%,铜质量分数为4%;XRD、DTA结果表明:CuZrMgAl类水滑石有两个吸热分解过程. CuZrMgAl hydotalcites are synthesized by coprecipitation. The pH was obtained at 8~9 for synthesizing CuZrMgAl hydotalcites. The effects of different factors were studied on the preparation of hydrotalcites. The material molar ratio, zirconium content and aged condition were obtained. The samples were characterized by XRD, DTA, SEM and BET. The results of XRD and specific surface area easure- ment show that the optimum crystalline time, crystalline temperature, Mg/A1 molar ratio are 10 h, 70℃, from 3 to 4, respectively. The optimum content of Zr is from 5% to 20%. The content of Cu is 4%. From the results of XRD analysis and DTA curves we can know that CuZrMgAl hydrotalcites have two endothermic decomposition stages.
