摘要
用滚子测量方法实现车削加工中对工件外圆直径的在线测量。该装置采用接近开关元件提取被加工件及测量轮的旋转信息,传至MCS-51单片机,经运算处理后得到工件的直径及转速。其中测量轮采用软橡胶嵌在金属轮上的复合结构,来克服测量轮与工件之间的打滑现象,很好地完成了对被加工件的动态测量。
Roller measurement can be used to measure the diameter of the workpiece on-line when it is processed. The contact switch was used on the equipment to get the information of the workpiece and the measurement roller, then it was transferred to MCS- 51 SCM. The diameter and the rev were obtained after the information was calculated. In this equipment, the rubber is fixed on the measurement roller. In this way, the skid between the measurement roller and the workpiece can be avoided. This equipment can be used to measure the diameter of the workpiece well without stopping lathe.
