摘要
根据平行光透过玻璃管的折射规律,提出用CCD成像在线测量玻璃管外径及壁厚的新方法,并用计算机进行模拟,导出了数理模型;实验测量系统证明了该方案的可行性,为透明管状产品高速、动态、非接触实时测量开辟了一条新途径.
Based on the refraction principle of the transmission of parallel light through a glass tube,a new method using CCD for measuring the external diameter and wall thickness of a glass tube is described. A mathematical mode is developed and computer simulation carried out. The feasibility of the system designed is verified by test.
