摘要
为了真实反映MOA的电位分布,笔者介绍了一种新型全数字式金属氧化物避雷器电阻片电位分布的测量系统。该系统传感器以超低功耗MSP430微处理器为核心,采用ARM7作为信号处理单元。测量时只需将传感器安装到避雷器电阻片中间,即可在计算机屏幕上得到任意电压下整只避雷器的电位分布曲线与不同高度下流过电阻片中的电流波形以及畸变程度。电流波形畸变能正确反映出电位分布的不均匀性,该测量系统解决了以往避雷器电位分布测量不准确的问题。通过对实验室与现场750kV电站用氧化锌避雷器电阻片的电位分布进行测量,证明了该系统的优越性。
In order to demonstrate the voltage distribution of MOA correctly, a new digital system for the measurement of voltage distribution on MOA resistor is introduced. The microprocessor of this system is based on MSP430 with lower power consumption, and applies ARM7 as the signal processor. Characteristic curves of voltage and current distribution of ZnO resistor can be obtained under any voltage level by laying sensors between every two resistors of the MOA, and asymmetry of vohage distribution can be reflected from the current waves displayed on the computer screerr. Therefore, the system exhibits higher accuracy than conventional method. The results from ANSYS calculation and on-line test on 750 kV ZnO arrester verify its advantage.
