摘要
宽频同轴避雷器广泛应用于对通信设备的雷击保护,起到对雷电脉冲短路入地、对通信信号无损传输的作用。避雷器设计中,几何参数的大小对电气性能影响最大。若把基于阻抗匹配原理得到的同轴线几何参数直接应用于HFSS建模,模拟出的结果不理想,甚至是错误的。笔者对如何将传输线方法与HFSS方法相结合,以给出同轴线避雷器的理想设计结果进行了研究。结果显示,需要对基于传输线方法得到的同轴短路线的长度进行一定规律的适当的加长,再作为HFSS方法建模仿真的基础,就基本可保证用HFSS模拟的驻波比与用传输线法给出的预期结果相一致。并对两种模拟方法给出不同结果的原因进行了分析,T型结构内的连接效应可能是影响结果的主要原因。
Broadband coaxial arrester are widely used in protecting communication equipments from lightning strikes,through which lightning electromagnetic pulse(LEMP) is short-circuited to earth,but the communication signals can pass it without any loss.Geometric parameters is the most important factor which influence SPD's electrical properties.If geometric parameters derived from impedance matching of coaxial transmission line(TLs) are used directly in the modeling for HFSS simulation software,the simulating results of voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR) from HFSS are not good,or even incorrect.Some researches on how can the transmission line method and HFSS method combine together to give the expected VSWR are made.It indicates that the length of the short-circuited quarter wave coaxial line must be lengthened appropriately,then the parameters can be used in the modeling process of HFSS,and the expected VSWR designed for transmission line method can be given from HFSS simulating.The reasons of why the two methods can not give the same simulating results are analyzed,and the junction effect of the T structure may be the most important reason.
