摘要
以东方百合"西伯利亚"切花为试材,研究不同浓度的STS和水杨酸溶液对百合切花衰老的影响。通过各指标的变化,包括形态指标(花色、开花数目、花的寿命等)及生理指标(鲜重),研究了各种保鲜剂对百合切花观赏度的影响。结果表明:各种保鲜剂处理均有延长百合切花的瓶插寿命的作用。预处理液以处理Ⅱ的效果最好,其配剂:2.0 mM STS+8-HQ200 mg.L-1+CA 300 mg.L-1+Vc 200 mg.L-1+BA 40 mg.L-1+6%蔗糖;瓶插液以CK3的效果最好,其配剂:水杨酸100 mg.L-1+8-HQ 200 mg.L-1+CA 300 mg.L-1+Vc200 mg.L-1+BA 40 mg.L-1+6%蔗糖。
By Oriental Lily cutting,studied the effects of different concentration＇s STS and salicylic acid solution.Observed the effects of the Lily cut flower＇s,which included the alter of appearance（flower color,flower numbers,flower length of life,etc）and physiology（the fresh weight）.In a conclution,all the preservatives performed the function of lengthening the lily cut flower＇s life.The best preservative were preservativeⅡ,matched the medicinal preparation： 2.0mM STS＋8-HQ 200 mg·L^-1＋CA 300 mg·L^-1＋Vc 200 mg·L^-1＋6-BA 40 mg·L^-1＋6%Sucrose.The best preservative are Vase Solution CK3 respectively,matched the medicinal preparation：SA 100 mg·L^-1＋8-HQ 200 mg·L^-1＋ CA 300 mg·L^-1＋Vc 200 mg·L^-1＋6-BA 40 mg·L^-1＋6%Sucrose.
