摘要
AVS-M的目的是为迅速发展的无线网络、手机和PDA等移动设备提供音视频编解码的规范和标准.本文主要基于AVS-M,面向移动设备,需要为其提供高压缩比、低复杂度的视频编解码器.对AVS-M整数变换算法进行了分析,采用快速算法提高了解码速度.AVS-M软件具有高编码效率可以适应低网络带宽、低计算复杂度和低内存需求的手持移动设备,算法便于硬件实现.
The purpose of AVS - M is to provide audio and video coding criterion and standard for the rapid development wireless network, mobile facility for mobile phone and PDA, etc. The study is mostly based on AVS - M oriented to mobile facility which needs to be provided video coder with high compression ratio and low-complexity. The AVS - M algorithms of transform are analyzed and the decoding speed is accelerated by adopting the fast algorithm. The optimized AVS - M software with high coding efficiency can fit to mobile facility that needs low network bandwidth, low computation complexity and low memory. The algo- rithms is eonvenient for hardware implementation.
