摘要
本文以会议电视信号的压缩编码为研究对象,提出了一种运动补偿帧间预测编码方案。这种方案可将码率压缩至2Mbit/s以下。模拟实验表明恢复的图象质量较高。
The compression coding of video conference signals is studied. A motion compensated interframe predictive coding scheme is presented, with which, the bit rate can be compressed to less than 2Mbit/s. The simulation shows that the quality of reconstructed picture at receiver side is good.
