摘要
以蕙兰的杂交种无性繁殖系为对象进行离体组织继代增殖培养的研究,比较了不同种类培养基对原球茎增殖培养的影响.结果表明:不同培养基处理下的蕙兰苗高、叶数差异明显,采用1/2Ms+1.5 g/L活性炭的培养基能使原球茎数量增加8.6倍.根据各指标的加权平均值,获得蕙兰原球茎增殖培养的最适培养基为1/2Ms+ 1.5 g/L活性炭.
In order to study the effects of different media on crown bud proliferation, proliferation culture was made of the clone lines of a hybrid of Cymbidium faberi on media with different concentrations of activated carbon. The results showed that there were remarkable differences in seedling height and leaf number among the treatments. The number of protocorms proliferated 8.6 times in 1/2MS+1.5 g/L activated carbon. By the weighted average of all the indexes, 1/2MS+ 1. 5 g/L activated carbon was the optimum medium for proliferation subculture for C. faberi.
