摘要
我国是一个传统的农业大国,由于农业生产自身的特点以及我国长期受传统计划经济体制的影响,对知识产权研究工作尤其是对农业知识产权的保护与研究工作起步较晚,我国广大农业科技人员知识产权意识相对淡薄,对申请专利、植物新品种保护等方面了解甚少,这在不同程度上造成了对当前农业知识产权的保护困难。以目前存在的问题和不足来探求对农业知识产权保护的具体措施。
China is a traditional large agricultural nation. The researches on the intellectual property rights, especially on the agriculture intellectual property rights protection, started late because of the chart acteristics of agricultural production and long-term traditional planned economy system in China. The tech- nical personnel in agriculture field are lack of intellectual property rights consciousness, few of them know about the application for patent, and protection for new varieties. This paper will discuss the concrete measures for the protection of agriculture intellectual property rights.
