摘要
选用960只1日龄改良型艾维茵肉鸡随机分成3个处理组,每个处理8个重复、每个重复40只鸡,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮、DDGS型日粮、DDGS加酶型日粮。DDGS添加量为前期5%、后期13%,其中DDGS加酶型日粮中添加复合酶150g/t。测定分析了肉鸡的生长性能、屠宰性能以及生物学综合评定价值和经济效益分析。试验结果显示:DDGS加酶型日粮对肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能均无不良影响(P>0.05),生物学综合评定价值为100,并降低了全期单位增重饲料成本;而DDGS型日粮显著增加了肉鸡的料肉比(P<0.05),显著降低了屠体重、胸肌重和翅肌重(P<0.05),降低了生物学综合评定价值,增加了中大鸡的单位增重饲料成本。
The experiment was conducted to investigate effects of complex enzyme supplemented in corn-soybean - DDGS(distillers dried grains with soluble) diets on growth and slaughter performance in broiler.Nine hundred and sixty 1- day-old AVIN chickens were randomly assigned into three groups which contained 8 replicates and 40 chickens per replicate.Group Ⅰ was fed with corn-soybean diet,group Ⅱ was fed with corn-soybean -DDGS diets,group Ⅲ was fed with adding complex enzyme (150 g/t)in corn-soybean -DDGS diets.Supplementation of DDGS was 5% in early stage and 13 % in late stage.The results showed that supplementation DDGS and complex enzyme had no negative effects on the growth performance and slaughter performance(P 〉 0.05),and reduced the cost of feed per gain.Biological comprehensive assessment value was 100.But supplemented DDGS diets increased the ratio of feed to gain (P 〈 0.05 ),decreased slaughter performance (P 〈 0.05)and biological comprehensive assessment value, and elevated the cost in late stage.
