Analysis on Compatibility of Peculiar Tobacco Leavies from Different Producing Areas

摘要 为研究不同产地烟叶的配伍性,探索烟叶配伍性的评价方法,以贵州兴义、道真、威宁和福泉4个特色烟叶示范区烟叶,以及云南、河南某地烟叶样品为材料,模拟数量遗传的完全双列杂交配合力试验设计模型,组配成不同的配方组合并进行评吸评价。结果表明,烟叶评吸的5项指标(香气质、香气量、吃味、杂气、刺激性)及评吸总分的一般配合力均达极显著水平;且香气质、刺激性和评吸总分3项的特殊配合力也达显著水平。云南某地、兴义和威宁烟叶的一般配合力较高;福泉×河南的香气质较好,云南×河南的刺激性较小,兴义×福泉的评吸总分效应值较高。表明,单料烟叶的评吸特征与在卷烟工业配方组合中反应的效应值并不一致,基于数量遗传学配合力分析模型的不同产地烟叶配伍性试验能较好地反应卷烟工业原料配方配伍性研究的实际。 The different formula combination of tobacco leavies from Xingyi, Daozhen, Weining and Fuquan in Guizhou and Yunnan, Henan province were tested to evaluate the smoking index by using a complete-diallel crosses model in quantitative genetics. The results showed that the general combining ability (GCA) of five smoking indexes including aroma quality, aroma quantity, flavor, offensive odor, irritation and total scores was at 1% significant level and the special combining ability (SCA) of aroma quality, irritation and total scores was at 5 % significant level. The general combining ability of tobacco leavies from yunnan, Xingyi and Weining was higher than that from other producing areas. The aroma quality of Fuquan Henan was better than others. The irritation of Yunnan Henan was the lowest in all tested combinations. The total score of Xingyi Huquan was the highest in all tested combinations. The tobacco smoking characteristic of the single producing area did not accord with the effect in formula combinations of tobacco production. Therefore, the model of combining ability in quantitative genetics should be used in tobacco compatibility tests in tobacco production.
