提出了制定《中国提单法》的必要性，并对提单法的立法结构进行了探讨．认为我国的提单法大体上应包括如下部分：提单主体的认定、提单的登记、关于记名提单、提单的记载事项及批注的效力、关于假提单、提单法律行为、货物的交付、关于提单的善意受让人、提单法的适用范围、时效和其它．
Discusses the necessity of making Chinas Law of Bill of Lading, which should include: identity of the subject relating to the Bill of Lading; registration of B/L; about straight Bill of Lading; contents of Bill of Lading and its remarks; about faulse Bill of Lading; lawful action of Bill of Lading; delivery of cargo; about the bona fide transfees of B/L; the scope of application of the Law; time bar, etc.
