摘要
用一元线性回归分析法处理实验数据.研究了铝—铬天青S—氯化十六烷基吡啶(Al(Ⅲ)—CAS—CPC),亮绿色体系的反应特性及适宣条件.体系的最大吸收波长为632.5nm.表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.76×104Lmol-1cm-1.其组成摩尔比为AlCAS=13.服从比耳定律范围0~9μg/50ml.检测限为3.45ng/ml.应用于茶叶、饮料、饮水中微量铝的测定,结果满意.
The linear regression method is used for calculating concentrations of trace Al.The reaction characteristics and optinal conditions of the Al(Ⅲ)—Chrome Azurol S—Hexadecylpyridinium Chloride green system is studied in paper.In the green system:ε=7.76×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,λ max =632.5 nm.The Beer′s Law linear rang of Al should be the 0 to 9 μg/50 ml. The molar ratio of AL∶CAS in the complex is 1∶3 .The detection limits for Al(Ⅲ)is 3.45 μg/ml. The method has been successfully applied to the deternination of Al(Ⅲ) in tea、beverage and drink water with satisfactory results.
