摘要
本文提出了三波长一元线性回归分光光度法。该法将几组不同组成的已知混合溶液,在三个测试波长下所测得的吸光度直接进行线性拟合,并建立了三波长线性方程 y=Kx+B。这种方法较好地克眼了三波长法过于依赖仪器波长精度和准确性的缺陷,以及通常三波长法测定实际混合样品时,完全由纯组分所建立的定量公式而引入的误差。提高了测定精度和可靠性,操作简便易行实用,又能兼顾三波长法的灵敏度和原有特长。
In this paper,a three-wavelength linear regression spectrop- hotometric method for mixing system has been studied.It has been put forward that a procedure for simultaneous determination of the coeff- icient B and slope K of calibration curve,the linear formula is y=Kx +B,by measuring the absorptance A_1,A_2 and A_3 of mixing compon- ents at wavelengths λ_1,λ_2 and λ_3 directly.And the deviation of abso- rptance by reason of molecular interaction can be calibrated to a cert- ain extent,the accuracy and reliability also can be increased without decreasing sensitivity as compared with monowavelength photometry. This method has been successfully applied to two color systems,that is determination of micro amounts of Mo(Ⅵ)in the presence of W(Ⅵ) at reasonable concentration with phenylfluorone-cetyl-pyridinium chloride and determination of micro amounts of Cd in the presence of Zn with the color reactions of T(4-HP)P directly,and the results of both systems are satisfactory.
