摘要
[目的]探讨腹腔镜下广泛全子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术的围术期护理。[方法]回顾性分析44例腹腔镜下广泛全子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术病人的临床资料。[结果]44例病人均治愈出院,平均住院时间为20.47d,5例病人并发尿潴留,发生率为11.4%。[结论]加强腹腔镜下广泛全子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术病人围术期的护理可增强病人的治疗依从性,有利于疾病转归,减少住院时间及并发症的发生。
Objective. To probe into the perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing extensive total hysterectomy combined with pelvic cavity lymph node dissection under laparoscope. Methods. The clinical data of 44 patients undergoing extensive total hysterectomy combined with pelvic cavity lymph node dissection under laparoscope have been analyzed retrospectively. Results： All 44 patients had healed and discharged. The average hospitalization time was 20.47d. Five patients complicated with urine retention, and the incidence was 11.4%. Conclusion; To strengthen perioperative nursing care of patients undergoing extensive total hysterectomy combined with pelvic cavity lymph node dissection under laparoscope can enhance treatment compliance of patients, which is profit for the prognosis of disease and shorten their hospital stay and decrease the occurrence of complications.
