含Ti无间隙原子钢的高温变形与静态复原行为 被引量:1

HOT DEFORMATION AND STATIC RESTORATION PROCESSES IN Ti-BEARING INTERSTITIAL FREE STEEL

摘要 在形变温度1123~1273K、形变速率3.3×10-3~2.S×10-1s-1的试验条件下,采用拉伸变形以及两段加载变形试验方法研究了合亚无间隙原子铜(IF钢)高温变形以及变形后的静态软化行为。调查了两段加载变形试验所求得的静态软化率随等温保持时间的变化,详细讨论了动态回复组织和动态再结晶组织对高温变形后静态软化过程的影响。 The behaviour of hot deformation and static restoration processes taking place after the deformation in a Ti-bearing interstitial free steel (IF steel) were studied by means of tensile and interrupted tensile tests at the temperature range from 1123K to 1273K and the strain rate range from 3. 3×1O-3 to 2. 5×10-1s-1. The fractional softening rate evaluated from yield stress were measured against holding time after hot deformation. The effects of dynahocally recovered and dynandcally recrystallind structures on the progress of static restoration were analyzed in detail.
