摘要
分析了葡醛内酯现有生产工艺中存在的问题,提出了优化工艺工程设计,改进关键生产设备,提高自动化控制水平等解决办法,实现了减少副反应发生,提高产品收率和质量,节约生产成本,降低环境污染等目标。
In this paper, problems existing in the production process of glucuronolactone were discussed and solved by optimizing the process and engineering design,improving the key production equipments and enhancing the automatic controlling level. The results showed that the new process has less side reactions,higher products yields and quality, lower production cost and environmental pollution.
