新型纤维素基接枝对氨基苯甲酸衍生物的制备、表征及性能研究

摘要 采用2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧化物自由基(TEPMO)/NaClO/NaBr氧化体系氧化微晶纤维素(MCC)得到单羧基纤维素(Microcrstalline cellulose,MCC),采用高碘酸钠将单羧基纤维分子上C2和C3位的相邻仲羟基氧化成醛基,得到双氧化纤维素(Double oxidation cellulose,DOC)。以DOC和对氨基苯甲酸(Aminobenzoic acid)为原料,通过希夫碱(Schiff base)反应合成纤维素基衍生物-双氧化纤维素接枝对氨基苯甲酸希夫碱(DOC-A)。利用红外光谱(IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对合成接枝产物进行结构表征。通过热重分析(TG)和示差扫描量热(DSC)检测中间产物MC、DOC和终产物DOC-A的热性能,结果表明:成功制备新型纤维素接枝对氨基苯甲酸希夫碱,合成的DOC-A具有新的热性能。 Monocarboxylic cellulose(MC) has been obtained by oxidizing microcrstalline cellulose(MCC) using 2, 2, 6, 6-four methyl piperidine oxide free radicals (TEPMO)/NaC10/NaBr oxidation system. Double oxidation cel- lulose(DOC) has been obtained using sodium periodate as oxidizing agent to oxidize the adjacent C2, C3 secondary hydroxyl of monocarboxylic fiber molecules into aldehyde group. With DOC and amino acid as raw material, a new type of derivatives-double oxidation cellulose grafted with amino acid based on Schiff base reaction was designed and synthesized. The grafted products were characterized using the infrared spectroscopy ( IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The thermal performance of intermediate products MC and DOC and the final product DOC-A were analyzed using thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the results showed that the synthetic DOC-A weightlessness temperature and quality to reduce residu- al, appeared exothermic peak, it began to possess some new thermal performance.
