电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定镉同位素时锡、钯、银等元素的干扰及其分离方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了以电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定镉同位素时镉与银、钯、锡等干扰元素的分离,结果表明,采用王水水浴加热分解样品,锡的溶出率较低而镉能完全溶出;单质铁能定量置换出溶液中的Ag+,Pd2+等金属离子而Cd2+不被置换;利用SnCl4和CdCl2沸点的差异,即锡与盐酸反应生成的SnCl4在较低温度下挥发而与镉进一步分离,以电感耦合等离子体质谱法对分离后标准样品的镉同位素和银、钯、锡进行了测定,测得镉的回收率可达99%以上,而银、钯和锡的回收率均低于0.5%。该方法实现了样品中镉与银、钯、锡的分离及镉同位素测定的研究。 The separation of interference elements including silver, palladium and tin in the determina- tion of cadmium isotope by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was studied. The results showed that if sample was heat-decomposed in water bath with aqua regia, the leaching rate of tin was low and cadmium could be completely dissolved. Elementary Fe could replace Ag+ and Pd2+ in solution quantificationally but not Cd2+. On account of the different boiling points of SnCl4 and CdCl2, SnCl4 generated by HCI could volatilize under high temperature to realize the further separa- tion with cadmium. The cadmium isotope and silver, palladium and tin of national standard sample after separation were determined by ICP-MS. The recovery of cadmium was above 99%, while the recovery of silver, palladium and tin were all lower than 0.5%. The method realized the separation of cadmium from silver, palladium and tin in samples and the determination of cadmium isotope.
