摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定美罗培南中间体中铑含量的方法。采用硝酸–高氯酸混合酸体系消解样品,以铟元素为内标,采用在线加入内标的方法测定铑的含量。铑的质量浓度在1~50μg/L范围内与离子强度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9,方法检出限为0.003 6μg/L。样品加标回收率为100.9%~108.3%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.6%(n=7)。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,适用于美罗培南中间体中铑含量的测定。
A method for the determination of rhodium in the intermediates of meropenem by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established. Samples were dissolved by mixed nitric acid and perchloric acid system. Indium element was used as internal standard, the content of rhodium was determined by on-line addition of internal standard. The mass concentration of rhodium was linear with ion strength in the range of 1–50 μg/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9. The detection limit was 0.003 6 μg/L. The recoveries of the samples were 100.9%–108.3%, and the relative standard deviation of the results was 3.6%(n=7). The method is simple and sensitive, it is suitable for the determination of rhodium in meropenem intermediates.
