Domestication and Foreignization in Literary Translation

摘要 论述了归化与异化以及文学翻译的概念和特征,指出了归化译法的局限性,认为文学翻译应以异化为主,但同时也必须注意一定的限度。 This paper explores the definitions and characteristics of domestication, foreignization and literary translation respectively, points out the disadvantages of domestication, and argues in literary translation, if feasible, foreignization should be preferred.
