基于流媒体的法院庭审数字影像系统

摘要 报告了法院庭审活动现状,调查了法院庭审活动需求,研究了基于流媒体的法院庭审数字影像系统的开发。对系统的软硬件结构,特别是系统的主要功能模块进行分析和设计,并对系统实现中的关键技术作了说明。系统采用B/S结构,基于.NET平台和Windows Media技术。系统总体设计合理,性能稳定,易于使用,具有较好的应用前景。 The current situation of court hearing is reported, the requirement of court hearing is investigated and the development of digital image system of court hearing based on streaming media is studied. The main function modules including the software and hardware structures of the system are analyzed and designed, and the key problems in technology during the process of system realization is ex- plained. The system based on .Net platform and Windows Media technology used B/S structure. The integrated design ofthe system is reasonable, and the performance of the system is stable. The system can be used easily and has excellent applied prospect.
