摘要
研究了基于MPEG-4的数字视频监控系统。对整个系统的软硬件结构,特别是系统的主要功能模块进行了分析。在系统实现中,使用COM技术实现系统主体框架硬件无关性,使用组播技术传输视频数据,采用XVID实现MPEG-4解压。
This paper researches digital video surveillance based on MPEG-4. It studies the software and hardware structures of the system, analyzing the important modules especially. In the application, the system mainframe is independent of hardware by use of COM. In the process of video data transportation, multicast is used. MPEG-4 decompression is accomplished by XVID.
