摘要 探讨用花筘和空筘穿法生产亮丝条织物和竖条布的生产工艺技术要点。针对亮丝或金银丝遇高温溶解而不能经浆纱的特点,在浆纱机机头和复分绞棒之间安装一个亮丝筒子架;在穿综工序和穿筘工序要严格按照照图穿法穿综,每穿完一组小循环组织后就验筘,筘号的选择也要比同品种正常穿法要大;在织造工序,边组织紧度要与地组织紧度相近,以避免紧边、断边。采取以上技术措施,才能保证下机一等品达95%以上,织疵2.3%以下,织机效率93.8%以上。 Technology and production key points of producing shiner checked fabric and vertical strip fabric by empty reeding and fancy reeding were discussed. Shiner filament creel stand was installed between sizing machine head and re-lease rod because shiner filament would be dissolved while be sized in high temperature. According to looming drafting drawing-in should be carried out strictly in reed-in and heddle draft processing. Reed inspection should be done once finishing a little weave repeat. Reed counts should be chosen larger than that of normal drawing-in method in same product. In weaving process, selvage weave tightness should be close to basic weave tightness to avoid tight selvage or broken selvage. After adopting the above measures first grade percentage before cloth repairing could reach above 95% , weaving defect is below 2.3% ,loom efficiency could reach above 93.8%.
