摘要
文章探讨了适合于高等教育培养目标的班级管理方法,分析让学生自治的重要途径,并结合高校学生的身心发展规律,拟定集体与个人发展的远、近目标,最后提出建立班级管理工作系统的整体规划构想。
This paper studies the management methods of university grades and classes. It is pointed out that students＇autonomous management is important in this regard.
