摘要 针对目前烟尘浓度测量方法中存在取样难、精度低等问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的在线监测烟尘排放及分析烟尘排放浓度的方法.文章应用机器视觉理论,采用了边缘检测和阈值分析算法对烟尘图像进行特征提取和图像分析,通过现场实验表明:该烟尘浓度检测算法正确,能有效提高检测精度,实时得到烟尘排放浓度. The present methods available for the measurement of smoke and dust density suffer from the disadvantages of difficulty in sampling and low accuracy. A new method based on machine vision is put forward to realize on-line monitoring of the discharge of smoke and dust and analysis of their concentrations. Based on the theory of machine vision, the authors of the paper employ edge detection and threshold value analysis to analyze the images of smoke and dust. An on-the-spot experiment has shown that this algorithm is accurate in real-time detection of the concentrations of smoke and dust.
