摘要
目的了解长春市的德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯和残杀威的抗药性,以便科学合理使用杀虫剂。方法玻璃瓶药膜接触法。结果野外品系德国小蠊与敏感品系比较,对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性系数为1.792~2.526,平均为2.259;对残杀威的抗性系数分别为1.214~1.658,平均为1.478。结论长春市德国小蠊野外品系对高效氯氰菊酯已产生抗药性,对残杀威尚处敏感水平。
Objective To investigate the resistance of BlatteUa germanica to beta-cypermethrin and propoxur in Changchan,and give guidance to use insecticides scientifically. Methods Contacting with chemical cover in jar. Results The resistance ratio to beta-cypermethrin was 1. 792 - 2. 526, the average was 2. 259 ; to propoxur was 1. 214 - 1. 658,the average was 1. 478. Conclusion The field-collected strains of cockroach have resistance to beta-cypermethrin, but they are susceptible to propoxur in Changchun city.
