摘要
目的:为了解大兴区德国小蠊抗药性和科学用药提供有力依据。方法:玻瓶药膜法。结果:2005年大兴区德国小蠊对0.05%残杀威、0.05%高效氯氰菊酯的KT50为17.76、12.39,是敏感品系的1.36倍和2.44倍。结论:0.05%高效氯氰菊酯>0.05%残杀威。
objective： To learn German Croton bug＇s the resistance in DaXing and supply the proof for scientific uses. Methods; Pettictes lain in the glass bottles. Resuls： In 2005,DaXing German Croton bug＇s LD50 is that 17.76 to 0.05% propoxur,and 12.39 to 0.05% Beta_cypermethin. German Croton buffs resistance to action of drug is 1. 36and 2.44 times as much as that of the sensible products. Conclusion： Comparability of resistance to action of drug： 0.05% Beta_cypermethin 〉 0.05% propoxur.
