高分化型和低分化型肝细胞性肝癌的PCNA及ER的表达 被引量:1

摘要 本实验用增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)单抗PC10及雌激素受体(ER)多抗对70例肝细胞性肝场组织(高分化型49例,低分化型21例)作免疫组织化学染色,观察不同分化肝场组织PCNA表达及ER与肿瘤增殖的关系。结果显示53例肝癌组织PCNA阳性,其中高分化37例(75.5%),低分化16例(76.2%).二者阳性率无明显差异,ER染色24例阳性,包括高分化13例(26.5%),低分化11例(52.4%).后者阳性率显著高于前者(P<0.05),且ER表达与PCNA正相关(P<0.05)。以上结果提示仅凭PCNA判断肝癌分化程度及患者预后是不妥当的;雌激素系统可能对肝细胞性肝癌增殖有促进作用。 Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) monoclonal antibody PC 10 and eatrogen receptor polyclonal antibody (ER) were appiled to 70 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), including well - differentiated (WD) 49 cases and poorly -differentiated (PD) 21 cases,with immunocytochemical method to observe the proliferativeactivity in different types of HCC,and the relationship between the proliferation of HCC and ER.The resultsindicated that 53 cases were positive of PCNA. WD 37 cases and PD 16 caaes. Positive ratea of both (75.5% , 76.2% ) had no oarked difference. 24 cases were positive of BR, including WD 13 cases and PD 11 cases, The positive rate of PD (52.4% ) was higher than WD's (26.5%) (P<0.05) There was a positive correlation between PCNA and ER. (P<0.05) The results suggested that it is not suitable to ujdge the differentation and prognosis of HCC only by PCNA, and estrogen system probably promote the proliferation of HCC.
