摘要
应用抗增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）单克隆抗体ＰＣ１０免疫组化法对８０例喉鳞状细胞癌的增殖活性进行检测。结果显示，细胞增殖活性与喉癌癌恶性度有密切关系（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果表明，检测肿瘤细胞增殖活性对于判断喉癌的恶性度具有重要的意义。
e examined the proliferative activity of 80 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma with monoclonal anti-PCNA antibody PC10 by means of immunohistochemical method. The results indicated that proliferative activity of cells was closely realated to the malignant degree of laryngeal carcinoma (P<001). The detection of the proliferative activity in cancer cells was of significant importance in determining the malignant degree of laryngeal carcinoma.
