我国男子网球运动员发球技术动作的肌电分析 被引量:13

摘要 通过文献资料法、人体实验法、数据统计法等研究方法,运用肌电测试系统并结合关节角度分析仪等仪器,对我国现役网球国家队男运动员的发球动作技术进行现场描记,并进行分析比较。结果表明:在网球发球过程中,三角肌和斜方肌最先参与肌肉发力,持续时间较其他的肌肉都长,并且贡献的力量非常大,是发球过程中的主要用力肌肉。在日常发球训练中,应特别加强此2块肌肉的力量爆发力和耐力的训练,并且应根据运动员的个体差异进行有针对性的训练;表面肌电测试可以应用于网球运动员的动作技术过程的科学合理性判断分析,并且可以尝试在实验条件许可下继续应用于更细微的动作技术诊断与分析。 By means of literature review,experiments with human body and mathematical statistics,utilizing the myoelectric test system and with instruments of joint angle analyzers,the authors have tried to describe on the spot the serve movement technology of the male tennis players currently serving in the national tennis team and conducted a comparative analysis. The results indicate that in the process of tennis serving, the deltoid muscle and the muscles trapeziums, which serve as the main muscles of strength in the process, participate in the strength of muscle sending first, its duration is longer than other muscles and its contribution of strength is extremely great. In the daily service training, the training of the explosive force and endurance on the two muscles should be especially strengthened, and relevant training measures should be adopted according to athletes' individual differences;the superficial myoelectric test may apply in the scientific and rational judgment and analysis of tennis players' movement technology. Besides it may be applied in the diagnosis and analysis of skills of more subtle movement under the permitted experimental conditions.
